Hardware contracts also allow you to budget your computer repair costs over a long period of time. Aleutian has experienced technicians that can respond under a normal contract or 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if needed.
• SUPPORT CONTRACTS
  allow a business to have their networks managed by experienced staff from Aleutian that can get the job done in a fraction of the time that an employee might. Most likely you do your job very well, and that's why your in your particular field. We support networks very well, and can save you time, money and frustration from the beginning by supporting your network with monthly visits and emergency calls if your network goes down.
• BLOCK TIME
  is for our clients that need large amounts of service over a period of time and want to save on the hourly rate. We can reduce our rate by up to 50% when you pre-purchase "blocks" of service engineer or technician labor time. This also allows for less administrative work with your staff by not having to allocate purchase orders and requisitions every time a service call is needed.
