Practice systems

MEDICAL & DENTAL TECHNOLOGY
For more than three decades, Aleutian Computer Solutions has helped practices build reliable, secure technology environments that keep teams productive and patients moving.
Talk with someone who understands practices ↗EXPERIENCE THAT STARTED WITH THE WORKFLOW
My career began by helping automate dental insurance claims—extracting information from practice-management systems, converting the data, and moving claims through an electronic process long before “workflow automation” became a familiar term.
That experience taught me to look beyond the computer. A practice is a connected system: scheduling, clinical records, imaging, insurance, communications, security, and the people who rely on all of it.
When those parts work together, technology becomes almost invisible. That’s the goal.
THE TECHNICAL FOUNDATION OF YOUR PRACTICE
We design around the way your office actually works, keeping systems understandable, serviceable, and ready to grow.
Support for dental and medical practice-management platforms, databases, workstations, and the workflows connecting them.
Reliable networks and storage for digital X-rays, imaging servers, intraoral cameras, and connected clinical equipment.
Structured cabling, server racks, wireless coverage, firewalls, and complete technology buildouts from the ground up.
Secure email, collaboration, file access, identity protection, and thoughtful cloud migrations without needless complexity.
Practical safeguards for patient information, including MFA, endpoint protection, email security, backups, and staff awareness.
When your office needs help, you reach someone who already understands your systems, your priorities, and your team.

WHAT UPTIME REALLY MEANS
It means the schedule is available, images open when the doctor needs them, front-desk staff can verify insurance, and patients receive care without technology becoming the story.
That’s why every recommendation begins with the same question: what does this practice need to keep moving?
“I measure success by whether the office can get back to caring for patients as if nothing happened.”
PREPARATION CHANGES THE OUTCOME
A ransomware attack brought a dental practice to a halt. Patient records, schedules, and the information the team needed were suddenly inaccessible.
Fortunately, the practice had immutable cloud backups in place. The recovery took most of the day, but every critical file was restored and the office returned to serving patients.
The attack was real. The disruption was temporary. That’s the difference between simply having a backup and having a recovery strategy designed before disaster strikes.
A CLIENT’S EXPERIENCE
Two days before Christmas“I was extremely worried. My practice was scheduled to reopen for the new year, and without Dentrix, we would not have been able to operate.
Despite it being the holiday season, Chuck immediately stepped in, resolved the issues, and got our entire system back up and running in time for us to start the new year.
That experience showed me exactly who Chuck is: responsive, knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely committed to helping his clients.”— Marjan Mirani, DDS
THE ALEUTIAN DIFFERENCE
You work with Chuck—the person responsible for understanding and supporting your environment.
Technology is kept as straightforward as possible because simpler systems are easier to support, secure, and recover.
Recommendations are made for the health of your practice, not to sell the newest product or another unnecessary subscription.
KEEP YOUR PRACTICE MOVING
Whether you’re renovating an office, replacing aging systems, improving security, or looking for more personal support, I’d be happy to listen.
